About me

Meet Celina Alexis Lopez, LPC-S

Hi, I'm Alexis.

I genuinely love being a therapist—minus the paperwork.

After 24 years in this work, I’m still inspired by the courage people bring into the room and by their willingness to look honestly at what isn’t working and try something different.

For me, therapy is a collaborative process.

You are the expert on your life. I’m not here to act like I know you better than you know yourself. Instead, I bring my experience, training, questions, perspective, and support so we can work together to better understand what you’re going through.

Sometimes that means slowing down and looking at where certain patterns began. Other times, it means focusing on what’s happening right now and finding practical ways to respond differently.

My style is conversational, down-to-earth, and nurturing—but also action-oriented.

I want therapy to be a place where you feel understood, but I also want the work we do together to help you create meaningful changes outside of the therapy room.

Wherever you are on your journey, my door is open and I'm ready to walk alongside you. Let’s connect to talk through what you're facing and find a path forward together.
