Individual Counseling
Understand what’s keeping you stuck & start moving forward.
You may have been managing anxiety, overwhelm, difficult relationships, or self-doubt for so long that it has started to feel normal.
Maybe you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to begin.
Individual counseling gives you a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work toward changes that feel realistic for your life.
First, we understand what’s happening. Then we work on what can change.
Therapy with me is collaborative.
We’ll look at what you’re experiencing now, what may be contributing to it, and the patterns that keep showing up in your life.
Sometimes that means exploring experiences from your past and understanding how they continue to affect the way you think, feel, or relate to other people.
Sometimes the focus is much more practical—what’s happening today, what isn’t working, and what you can begin doing differently.
Depending on what you need, I draw from approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care.
You don’t need to know which approach is right for you before we begin. We’ll figure that out together.
The goal isn’t to become someone else. It’s to feel more capable being yourself.
Real change often happens gradually.
It may begin with finally understanding why certain situations affect you so strongly. Or noticing a pattern before automatically falling into it again. Or realizing that you can set a boundary without having to explain yourself endlessly.
As our work progresses, you may begin to:
It’s to help you reach a point where you feel increasingly able to understand what you need, handle challenges more effectively, and move forward on your own.
Support for counselors and organizations, too.
Individual counseling is the primary focus of my practice, but I also provide LPC Associate supervision and professional speaking engagements.

LPC Associate Supervision
I provide supervision for LPC Associates in Texas who are working toward licensure.
Supervision offers a space to strengthen your clinical skills, think through your work with clients, and receive guidance as you complete the requirements toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Professional Speaking Engagements
I’m available to speak with organizations and groups on practical mental health and wellness topics, including ADHD, parenting anxious children, boundaries, and burnout.
Presentations can be tailored to the needs and interests of your audience.
Reach out even if you're uncertain.
Let’s talk about what you’re going through and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
